General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the placing of orders through it. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these legally binding Terms and Conditions. Tire Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking immediate effect upon posting. If you do not agree to or abide by these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your use of our website.

Ordering a Contract

You may order our products either online through our website , and/or by visiting our physical store at 60 Jalan Lam Huat, #03-39/40 CARROS Center, Singapore 737869. For in-store purchases, a company representative will collect the necessary information to complete your order. For online orders, you will be required to fill out an order form with complete and accurate information.

By submitting an order, you agree to purchase the product solely for its intended purpose. Tire Pte Ltd will only be responsible for products used according to their specified purpose.

Payment Terms

You may make payment for goods and services via credit card, PayNow, cheque, or bank transfer. For credit card payments, your account will be debited on the day the goods are dispatched. For cheque or bank transfer payments, goods will only be dispatched once our bank confirms receipt of your payment. Receipts will be issued for all payments received.

Payment timing is essential. If goods and services have been delivered but remain unpaid, the full payment is immediately due. Should you fail to make payment by the due date, or if payment is declined or unauthorized by your bank or card issuer, we reserve the right to:

1.Cancel the contract or suspend any further deliveries to you.

2.Allocate any payment you have made toward outstanding goods or services under any other contract with us, as we see fit.

3.Charge interest on any outstanding amount until full payment is received.

Please note that Tire Pte Ltd reserves the right to recover the price of goods and services even if delivery has not taken place and ownership of the goods has not yet transferred to you.

Price of Goods

The prices of our goods and services are subject to transport costs and GST, as indicated on our order form.

Where no price is stated on the order form, the applicable price will be the one listed in our current price list or on our website at the time of your order.

We reserve the right to adjust the price of goods and services prior to delivery if there are any increases in our costs due to factors beyond our control (e.g., GST changes, currency fluctuations, import duty adjustments, or rises in labor, materials, or manufacturing costs).

Prices for goods are exclusively for online purchases. We reserve the right to honor the price agreed upon upfront by both parties, with no refunds provided for any subsequent price discrepancies. All rights are reserved in this policy.

Pickup and Delivery Policy

Tire Pte Ltd does not offer direct delivery services to customers’ homes. All online purchases must be collected from our retail store.

Once your order is ready for pickup or delivery to a fitting station, you will receive a notification. Please bring valid identification and proof of purchase if collecting directly from our retail store.

Please note that if your order is not picked up within 7 days working day, it may be subject to storage fees. Failure to collect or arrange fitment of the goods and services within this period, or failure to provide adequate collection or fitting instructions, will result in a storage fee of $10.00 per item per day.

In cases where the order is not collected or arranged within the designated timeframe, Tire Pte Ltd reserves the right to deduct accumulated storage fees from the original purchase price, with any remaining balance refunded to you after these deductions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be requested by telephone or email and must be supported by a valid reason. Please note that finding the same goods and/or services elsewhere at a lower price does not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation.

You may cancel your order up to the day before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations can be made via telephone, fax, email, or by visiting our physical store at 60 Jalan Lam Huat, #03-39/40 CARROS Center, Singapore 737869. However, we require a valid reason for any cancellation. Once a product, such as a battery or tire, has been delivered to the designated location, returns are not accepted. Any refund requests for cancelled items, particularly batteries and tires, are at our sole discretion.

If we agree to issue a refund, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the bank account provided at registration. Please ensure that all payment details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for errors in bank account information.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any contract or order without liability in cases where the customer enters into voluntary arrangements with creditors, declares bankruptcy, becomes subject to an administration order or liquidation, has a receiver or administrator appointed over assets, ceases or threatens to cease business operations, or if we reasonably believe any of these events may occur.

Warranty

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with that warranty extended by the manufacturer or local supplier to the purchaser. Tire Pte Ltd is happy to assist in obtaining fulfilment of any manufacturer’s warranty. Customers must present an official receipt provided by us in the event of a warranty claim.

Except for applicable manufacturer or local supplier warranties, no other warranties are provided, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability & Waivers

We are not liable for any defects in goods or services resulting from inaccuracies in the order details provided by you, nor for any losses arising from errors made in the order placed with us. We also accept no liability for defects caused by fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse, alteration, or repair of goods without our express written consent.

Any claim based on a defect in the quality or condition of the goods or services, or a failure to meet specifications, must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery or fitting. If the defect was not apparent upon reasonable inspection, it must be reported within 24 hours of discovery. If you do not notify us in the specified timeframe, you waive the right to reject the goods, and we are not liable for the defect or failure. When a claim is made within these terms, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to either replace the goods or refund you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part). Beyond this, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit or additional costs, arising from the supply, fitting, use, or resale of the goods.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations due to force majeure or any cause beyond our reasonable control. While we strive to prevent errors, any typographical or clerical errors in sales literature are subject to correction without liability.

We reserve the right to change the goods or specifications at any time, without notice, in response to changes in the law or at our discretion. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all implied warranties, conditions, or terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Accuracy of information

The images, graphics, text, pictures, sounds, animations, videos, applets, and scripts on this website are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no representations, endorsements, or warranties regarding their accuracy and assume no liability for any actions taken or not taken based on these elements, which are used at your own risk.

We reserve the right to reject purchases and change prices on our website without notice. External websites linked on our site are beyond our control; we are not responsible for their content and accept no liability related to them. Like any website, ours is susceptible to cybersquatting and vandalism, and we disclaim any responsibility for information that appears as a result of such actions.
